In this project, we have created a bespoke metapor vacuum table using high-quality aluminum EN-AW 5083, tailored specifically for surface measurement technology in microelectronics. The table features a meticulously milled field for a reference workpiece, along with a molded stop for enhanced workpiece positioning.
Our meticulous process begins with designing the table via our CAD system in collaboration with the customer. The vacuum table undergoes stress-relieving annealing post-milling to ensure utmost precision. To achieve a pristine laboratory-friendly surface, the table is anodized in sleek black.
Additionally, we apply a special METAPOR®, crafted from a fine-pored ceramic material with a non-reflective white surface. This METAPOR® excels in cleanroom environments, offering optimal performance.
