Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (World of Clamping LLC, 1517 W 2nd Avenue, Port Washington, Wi 53074, phone: (262)343-4744, Email: info@worldofclamping.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you the payments received from you, based on the stage of your order, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract and received our products/items back and checked (Items need to be unused and undamaged).
We will carry out such reimbursement using check payment. 

Cancellation Before Production Starts

  • Standard Products: If your order consists of standard, non-customized items and production has not yet begun, a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the order value (excl. shipping) may apply to cover administrative costs.

  • Customized Products: For orders requiring customization or specific materials, a cancellation fee of 20% of the order value (excl. shipping) may apply to cover administrative costs and material procurement.

Cancellation After Production Starts

  • Once production begins, cancellation fees will be calculated based on:

    • The costs incurred for materials, labor, and production time already allocated.

    • A percentage of the remaining order value to account for lost production capacity.

Cancellation After Shipment

  • If your order has already shipped, the full cost of the order, including shipping charges, is applicable.

Why Cancellation Fees May Apply

  • Material Procurement: Materials for custom orders are often purchased shortly after order confirmation.

  • Production Scheduling: Each order is scheduled into our production workflow, and last-minute changes can result in lost efficiency.

  • Administrative Costs: Processing cancellations requires adjustments to invoicing, materials allocation, and production schedules.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (World of Clamping LLC, 1517 W 2nd Avenue, Port Washington, Wi 53074) , without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
